Orders & Payment
Can you change my shipping address or product variant?
Contact us within 3 hours of placing your order at support@easy-gallivants.com or (+91) 8838428045. We’ll do our best to change it for you before processing the order, but we can’t guarantee anything in this case. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we might not be able to make any changes.
If you want to have a different variant of the same product, we can change it for you if the price is the same and we haven’t processed the order.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments via Debit/Credit cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets and EMI.
I placed an order but didn’t receive any notification. What should I do?
Check your spam folder once and if you can’t find it, it may due to a mistake in the email address you’ve given. Contact us and we’ll help you through the process.
I got a notification that my order is shipped but my shipping address or product variant is not changed. I contacted customer support to change it. Why?
The email you received is sent by the system automatically which shows the order you placed. If our support team ensured that they have changed the order upon your request then you can rest easy as we have modified it already.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping is offered for all of our orders including both Prepaid and COD orders. No charges or additional fees are collected.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. You can use that to track your order directly through that email or on our website here.
Will my order ship on a weekend or holiday?
Kindly note that our business days are Monday through Friday. We don’t ship over the weekend or holidays.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes, you can view our complete refund policy here. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be new without any damage or defective upon arrival. We don’t accept returns or offer refunds after 7 days of delivery. For more info, contact our support team.
How do I apply for a return/refund?
To apply for a return/refund, contact us at support@easy-gallivants.com and send the Order Number and reason for the return. Our support staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
How long it takes to process my refund?
Our support team will inform you once your refund request is accepted. You will also receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
