Delivery Estimate:

We offer returns and refunds for 7 days from the date of delivery/receiving the order. However, not all orders are eligible. Any exclusions will be mentioned on the product page. To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) has to be initiated for return within 7 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Returns are only processed in case of damaged item(s), wrong size or wrong item(s) delivered.
3. Item(s) must be unused, new and in the same condition as you received it.
4. Item(s) must be in the original packaging. This includes boxes and tags.
5. In case of damaged item(s), the return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery/receiving of order. Returns are not accepted if the request is initiated after 3 days for damaged item(s).
If your return is accepted, the item(s) will be collected and money will be refunded to your original payment method.
You can initiate the return request by sending us an email via support@easy-gallivants.com and attach your Order Number and reason for return in that email.
